The Repair Process

From start to finish, here's how the repair my light process works

    Your light fitting arrives at our modern repair facility and is thoroughly inspected for damage prior to repair.

    Step 2

    The light fitting is disassembled and meticulously inspected by one of our trained lighting technicians in order to diagnose the problem / fault with the light fitting.

    Step 3

    With the damage identified the repair process can begin with the removal of the damaged parts.

    The repair is carried out

    On completion of the repair the light fitting is then hung ready for testing.

    The light fitting is then tested and subsequently cleaned.

  •

    Upon completion of cleaning, the light fitting is carefully wrapped and then boxed for shipment back to the customer.
